Please have these ingredients ready for class:
- 1-2 stone fruit (peach, plum, apricot)
- 1 other type of fruit (banana, grapes, apple, pears, orange)
- ¼ – ⅓ pound hard cheese (cheddar, etc)
- Handful of plastic coffee stirrers
