Fruits are naturally sweet and packed with vitamins, minerals, and fiber. Combined with your favorite calcium-rich cheese, these Fruit Kebabs are the perfect snack for sharing! Get creative – use your favorite seasonal fruits & play around with different patterns.

Please have these ingredients ready for class:

  • 1-2 stone fruit (peach, plum, apricot)
  • 1 other type of fruit (banana, grapes, apple, pears, orange)
  • ¼ – ⅓ pound hard cheese (cheddar, etc)
  • Handful of plastic coffee stirrers
